A written proposal identifies the hospital-specific deliverables, total fee, payment terms, delivery format and revision boundary before work begins. The 72-hour delivery target for the complete agreed pack begins only after the required hospital information and written scope/commercial approval are received; a more complex or incomplete request receives a different schedule before acceptance.
The hospital is responsible for clinical and statutory review, internal approval, staff training and implementation. Online guidance does not replace these responsibilities, and documents do not guarantee NABH certification or accreditation. Project information should be exchanged through an agreed secure channel, not the public enquiry form.
